• This promotion is valid from 3 July 2026 to 11 July 2026 (inclusive), unless extended or withdrawn earlier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
  
• Eligible customers will receive a discount of $1,000 to $1,500 (inclusive of GST) off the advertised retail price of selected Quintrex models. The applicable discount is determined by the model name, not the hull length, as per the table above.
• The promotion applies to current stock and new orders for eligible Quintrex models from 4.0 m to 6.9 m (inclusive). The offer excludes all other Quintrex model ranges.
• The promotion is available only on eligible boats purchased from an authorised Quintrex dealer. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Quintrex promotion, rebate or special offer.
• Offer is only available in dealerships located in New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC) and Tasmania (TAS).
• The promotional discount must be applied at the time of retail sale and cannot be claimed retrospectively for orders that have already been confirmed under a signed contract of sale. All retail sale contracts must be submitted on or before 11 July 2026.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or suspend or terminate the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, provided that doing so does not affect rights that have already accrued to customers under the Australian Consumer Law.

The promotion applies only to products specifically identified as part of this offer and is available while stocks last. Any advertised savings are calculated against the product's regular selling price immediately before the commencement of the promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to correct genuine pricing or typographical errors and, where necessary, cancel or amend orders affected by such errors, subject to the customer's rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
