The Flared Bow is created using patented stretch-forming technology to create a concave flare in the side sheets. This 'flare' prevents spray from climbing up the side sheets, deflects solid water and increased 'bow lift' in breaking seas.
The technology used to create the Flared Bow is unique to Quintrex and allows the hull to take on concave shapes previously only available in fibreglass.
