AUTHORITY TO CHECK YOUR REFERENCES

The undersigned hereby authorizes any bank or other lendor or grantor of credit to provide information regarding the
character, reputation, financial responsibility and indebtedness of the undersigned as requested by Telwater Pty Ltd
for the purpose of evaluating the creditworthiness of the undersigned. The undersigned hereby releases Telwater
Pty Ltd. and any other lender or grantor of credit from any and all claims or causes of action that may arise by reason
of information furnished Telwater Pty Ltd. by a credit reporting agency, bank or other lender or grantor of credit.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Please Note:

Shipments arranged by letter of credit will incur a bank fee of AUD $150.00 per letter of credit and any other
miscellaneous charges related to this method of payment. Payment will only be accepted in Australian Dollars.
Payment via TT is required prior to the container being packed / order despatch.

8.0 SHIPPING TERMS & FREIGHT

Telwater will arrange shipping on behalf of the dealer if requested. Telwater uses DHL Global Forwarding as
their preferred freight forwarder. All orders will be shipped under CFR terms. Telwater strongly recommend
and require shipments to be insured. Please ensure that your insurance covers all goods whilst in transit.

Please Note:

All spare parts, accessories and warranty replacement parts will be sent in the next available container / shipment.
Any other form of freight required to obtain required parts will be at the dealer's expense. Telwater uses DHL
Express as their preferred airfreight forwarder.
